Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 6 hours of purchase, as we begin the cleansing and packing process shortly after receiving your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it at [your email/contact]. If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Note:

• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.

• Prepaid order cancellations (if eligible) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
