Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 6 hours of purchase, as we begin the cleansing and packing process shortly after receiving your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it at [your email/contact]. If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Note:
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
Prepaid order cancellations (if eligible) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
